  Lits très confortables.

  Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits (25-26 oct.) dans la chambre 1408 et nous avons été très déçu de celle-ci. La tapisserie est tachée à plusieurs endroits et a des éraflures. Le bureau a une patte près de tomber, le meuble téléviseur est en décomposition. Pour ce qui est de la salle de bain, il y a de la moisissure sur le bord du bain et le fond est taché. Le robinet du lavabo laisse à désirer également. Pour 164$ + taxes/nuit, c'est très décevant. J'ai fait part de mon insatisfaction dès mon arrivé. J'ai eu droit à un laconique "Je prends note". Si vous doutez de mes dires, allez voir et j'ai des photos pour attester mes dires. J'ai déjà séjourné dans des 3étoiles plus accueillants.

  The location is prime if you wish to be in the heart of downtown Montreal, especially if you wish to participate in any of the festivals that Montreal has. The hotel is very comfortable and friendly, courteous staff. You can access the subway (metro), shops and a grocery store without stepping outside.

  Location and staff were excellent.

  At the checkout hour (11 to 12 noon) the elevators were all occupied by staff with carts. I had to wait through three elevators before I could get on one with my luggage.

  It was a good experience since the staff is very nice. It is well-based in downtown. You have a good place to do sport and chill out (swimming pool and fitness room)

  One of the pillow was a bit dirty but still it is a very good hotel.

  The hotel was selected for its location close to Gare de Autobus for a one night stay. We were very pleased with every aspect of this hotel, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, staff friendliness and service and price. We would happily stay there again.

  The bed is very comfortable and the hotel is well located (Berri UQAM's station).

  The smell of the carpet (maybe it's too old or not clean enough) and the taxes didn't match at checkout.

  We were able to walk to Old Montreal, Rue St. Denis and the University area. The staff were all helpful and friendly, the room was clean and pleasant.

  What we liked was that we were able to take long walks every day and visit nice boutiques and restaurants. As we were there for meeting, we didn't spend too much time in the hotel.

  We did not like that fact that the pool facility closed early. We usualy got back to the hotel around 10 PM and that would have been a perfect time for a nice swin, but by that time the pool was closed. Another big issue was that we could not see out the window. The seal must be broken and there was fog in between both windows.

  Nothing. I had several complaints (see below) and the staff did nothing to alleviate the situation.

  The included breakfast, classed as "continental" by the hotel, was very poor. I upgraded my room (at a cost of circa £10 per person) to get breakfast and was served a coffee and two bits of toast. I was not allowed the buffet (would have encountered an extra cost of 12$ per person), which I found totally unfair. So I paid an extra £20 for coffee and toast. Shocking. Also, the room was extremely noisy. Not sure if this was the plumbing, but it sounded like someone was drilling all night in the room. When I did complain, they put the blame on Booked.net and said it was the site's fault for not making the breakfast situation clear.

  It is situated in a very, lets say, cosmopolitan part of the city with easy access to cash facilities, metro, dining areas and local restaurants, clubs and theatres. What I liked best was its friendly and helpful staff and the cracking continental breakfsts, tres bien!

  Pool not open in the afternoons.
